Effective Date: July 28, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of laukaitislaw.com, any other website owned or operated by Laukaitis Law LLC, and any forms, features, content, text messaging program, or other communications made available through those websites or through Laukaitis Law’s official social media accounts or applications (collectively, the “Online Channels”).
By accessing or using the Online Channels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Online Channels.
The Online Channels and certain communications from Laukaitis Law may constitute attorney advertising under applicable laws and rules of professional conduct. Prior results do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome. Every legal matter is different and must be evaluated based on its particular facts and circumstances. The choice of a lawyer is an important decision and should not be based solely upon advertisements.
Laukaitis Law LLC handles matters nationwide. For matters arising in jurisdictions where its attorneys are not admitted, Laukaitis Law may work with or refer matters to attorneys admitted in the applicable jurisdiction, as permitted by applicable law and professional-conduct rules.
Information provided through the Online Channels is for general informational and advertising purposes only. It is not legal advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney regarding your particular circumstances.
Laws, regulations, deadlines, and legal standards may change, and information available through the Online Channels may not reflect the most recent legal developments. You should not act or refrain from acting based upon information obtained through the Online Channels without seeking appropriate legal advice.
Accessing or using the Online Channels, submitting an online form, participating in a survey, or communicating with Laukaitis Law by telephone, email, text message, social media, or any other method does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship.
To facilitate the intake process, Laukaitis Law may use automated technologies, including automated workflows and decision-based communications, to acknowledge your inquiry, request additional information, determine the next step in the intake process, schedule communications, or send text messages and emails based on the information you provide.
These automated communications are administrative in nature and are intended solely to facilitate the intake process. They do not constitute legal advice, do not reflect an attorney’s legal opinion regarding your potential claim, and do not indicate that Laukaitis Law has agreed to represent you.
Submission of information, participation in automated intake, or receipt of automated communications does not necessarily mean that your inquiry has been reviewed by an attorney or that you qualify for representation. An attorney-client relationship is formed only after Laukaitis Law has completed its review of your matter, determined that no conflicts exist, and both you and the Firm have executed a written engagement agreement.
Laukaitis Law Text Messaging Program. When you affirmatively opt in to receive text messages from Laukaitis Law LLC, you may receive SMS or MMS messages concerning your inquiry, qualification or intake questions, requests for information or documents, appointment and task reminders, legal-investigation updates, engagement documents, case-related communications, and responses to your questions.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of obtaining legal services. Your consent applies to communications from Laukaitis Law concerning the inquiry, investigation, or legal matter for which you provided your information, unless you separately consent to receive other communications. Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry, your responses, and the status of the investigation or matter. Message and data rates may apply.
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in Laukaitis Law LLC’s text messaging program. By opting in to receive SMS or MMS messages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are authorized to use the mobile telephone number provided. A parent, legal guardian, or other authorized adult may submit an inquiry concerning a potential legal matter involving a minor.
Opting Out and Rejoining. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT, or by clearly communicating your request through another reasonable method, including by contacting us at [email protected] or 215-789-4462. After receiving your request, we may send one confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. You will then no longer receive SMS messages from us, except as otherwise permitted by law. If you wish to receive messages again, you may sign up as you did initially or reply START, where available.
Help. For assistance, reply HELP to a message from Laukaitis Law. You may also contact us at [email protected] or 215-789-4462.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on the availability and operation of wireless networks and is not guaranteed. Questions regarding your text or data plan should be directed to your wireless provider.
Laukaitis Law’s text messaging program is intended to operate in accordance with applicable law and applicable telecommunications-industry standards.
For information about how Laukaitis Law collects, uses, and protects information, please review our Privacy Policy.
Your use of the Online Channels is subject to Laukaitis Law’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Unless otherwise indicated, content and materials available through the Online Channels, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, designs, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Laukaitis Law and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view, download, or print materials for your personal, noncommercial, informational use. You may not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, display, sell, or exploit those materials for a commercial purpose without Laukaitis Law’s prior written permission.
You may not use the Online Channels for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account, system, or data; interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Online Channels; transmit malware or harmful material; impersonate another person; submit information you do not have the right to provide; or infringe another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights.
Laukaitis Law may restrict or terminate access to the Online Channels if it reasonably believes these Terms have been violated.
The Online Channels may contain links to websites, platforms, or services operated by others. Those links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute an endorsement. Laukaitis Law does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of those services is at your own risk and subject to their applicable terms and policies.
Unless Laukaitis Law expressly agrees otherwise in writing, communications submitted through a website form, email address, text messaging program, social media account, or similar channel do not constitute formal legal notice to Laukaitis Law or any of its attorneys, employees, agents, clients, or representatives.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Online Channels and all related information and materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Laukaitis Law does not warrant that the Online Channels will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, accurate, or current, or that any electronic communication will be delivered or received.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Laukaitis Law and its members, attorneys, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Online Channels.
These limitations do not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law and do not limit any duties arising from an attorney-client relationship established through a separate written engagement agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Laukaitis Law and its members, attorneys, employees, agents, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Online Channels, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
Laukaitis Law may modify these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and will apply prospectively. A material change to the SMS program will not expand the scope of an existing SMS consent where additional consent is required by applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Laukaitis Law’s failure to enforce any provision does not waive its right to enforce that or any other provision later.
